"We have been working with HIMpros to assist with Cancer Registry case abstraction for over last twelve months and have been satisfied with their performance thus far. ODS Contractors have been consistent with meeting weekly productivity as expected. When contractors are not able work, I am alerted of the change in a timely manner and HIMpros is willing to make adjustments with current staffing or add new team members to ensure agreed weekly/monthly case productivity is met. The onboarding process with HIMpros went well as they do try to assign staff who are most familiar with hospital systems that are used for case abstraction. This made a huge difference in contractors meeting weekly productivity benchmarks at the beginning of the project. When reviewing weekly payroll timesheets, if there are any inconsistencies identified, HIMpros will quickly rectify any issues immediately so invoices are processed seamlessly.
